Mediation service:
We offer highly successful, cost-effective mediation, carried out by a skilled and experienced team of trained mediators. Our work is confidential and specifically designed for particular disputes such as workplace, commercial, intergenerational, neighbourhood etc. We also offer confidential advice on best practice in any situation of potential conflict.

Training:
We offer mediation training at all levels. Hundreds of people have taken our nationally-approved Mediation Skills Training course, and have brought the skills back into their workplace, community and homes. In addition to providing this course, we also develop tailor-made training for organisations on a range of subjects such as conflict resolution, handling and managing difficult conversations, sustainable business relationships, effective communication, assertiveness, leading and managing as well as our range of products around mediation skills. We also run courses in Communication Skills in the Workplace, Managing Anger, Assertiveness, Teambuilding, Leadership and Management.

Schools work:
Our long-running and highly valued Peer Mediation in Schools Programme involves us working in partnership with primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities across the South East. We train students and staff in conflict resolution skills, and help each school to set up a sustainable peer mediation scheme.

Peace projects:
We have initiated a number of projects - all to do with building peace - that show the range of work Peaceworks gets involved in. Examples of our peace work range from international work through the Europe Africa Restoration Partnership and the Emerging Reconciliation Commission, through to the locally-based Arun Angels project.
