Sustainable Business Relationships

When it comes to sustainability, business relationships may not seem top of your list, but consider how many grievances and disputes are undertaken each year....  

All of them involve stress, anxiety, a toxic business environment,  complex and lengthy HR processes, staff time, and last but by no means  least, business miles when the grievance process has to be undertaken "off site" (as is often the case).  

Using positive conversations and facilitated, supportive dialogue all this can be saved, with the added benefit of an ongoing, sustainable professional relationship in the workplace.  Consider the financial gains in not going down the tortuous route of grievance procedures.  The average grievance can cost up to £10K, whilst facilitated dialogue is typically £1500.  As a nation, we spend millions on resolving grievances, needlessly in Peaceworks' view.  Work sustainably and go into 2012 without the millstone of grievance by using the Sustainable Business Relationships route to solving disputes.
