Michelle Nardone

Michelle studied law in Southampton and qualified as a barrister in London and now practices as a CIArb accredited commercial mediator.   Michelle has also worked as an associate lecturer in law lecturing in Commercial Law, Criminal Law and the Law of Evidence, today Michelle runs the dispute resolution company Authenia, offering commercial mediation, training and consultancy to the business community.

Michelle has published in both UK and International professional and refereed journals on equality and diversity and has presented at international conferences. 

Prior to training as a lawyer, Michelle travelled all over the world making factual documentaries for ITV Meridian, National Geographic et al and has won several television awards including a Royal Television Society Award.

Michelle is a Diplock Scholar, a member of the Bar Council, The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

In her spare time Michelle is enjoying project managing the building of house!
