If you have already taken and passed Peaceworks' Introduction to Conflict Management Course or an equivalent and are ready to complete your training as a mediator - this is the course for you!  It is specifically designed to train you to run a mediation process in your own setting.  

The course is accredited and offers 3 level units with the National Open College Network.  It is also an assessed course approved by the College of Mediators and will give you a range of competencies enabling you to manage a complete mediation process.  The course fee covers the training, NOCN costs, delegate pack, lunches and snacks.
