Mediating with parents

One of the great things about working in mediation and with schools is that we sometimes have the opportunity to work with schools in mediating between parents who are locked in conflict.  

Sometimes its mum & dad who are separated and need support in sorting out issues that affect their children's schooling and at other times we are called in to help mediate between sets of parents.

We dealt with one such case last month.  The Head teacher was kind enough to write in and say, "It really is priceless to us that we have access to mediation such as this."  Just doing our job, ma'am.
