The Introduction to Conflict Management Course represents the first of 50 hours of training delivered in 3 units in Felpham, West Sussex in 2012, from 29th to 31st January.  It's suitable for managers and others who are engaged with handling and managing workplace conflict.  It is also ideal for those embarking on training to become to a mediator.  The venue is Best Western Beachcroft Hotel - a great seaside location for your stimulating and inspiring training experience!  

This is a foundation course so no previous training or experience in conflict management is required, but any you have will be usefully applied.  It is accredited with the National Open College Network (NOCN) as a 3 level qualification (3 units available).  It is also approved by the College of Mediators so if you follow up the Introduction to Conflict Management Course with our Mediators' Basic Training Course (either in February or in the following September) and pass the assessment, you will be eligible to become an Associate Member of the College.
