This is the third element of the Introduction to Conflict Management and Mediators Basic Training delivered at the Beachcroft Hotel in October 2012.  It is also available for others who have already taken, but not yet passed, the accredited first two modules with Peaceworks.  The Intermediate course is divided into four sessions over the course of the day, building on the delegates' experience of the mediation process.  The training uses co-mediation and role-play throughout the day.
