Peaceworks' philosophy is based around providing professional services on a non-profit basis. We raise income through a combination of service users, private donations and external funding partners.

All our programmes (including our Peer Mediation in Schools Programme and Mediation Service) are part-funded by the service users, and we re-invest all the proceeds of our ventures back into our work. Our aim is that all service users make a financial contribution for the services they receive, but the scale of this contribution does not meet the costs of delivery. This is particularly true of our work in areas of high deprivation.

We offer good value for money, avoid duplication with other agencies and ensure that our programmes are accessible to all groups, families, individuals - particularly those who would gain the most from the programmes.

If you are a local company and want to make a difference to your community, why not consider sponsoring us? You could help fund the setting up of a Peer Mediation Scheme in a nearby school - helping the children there gain valuable life skills and helping reduce bullying and conflict in the school environment. You will be recognised in our online list of funders.
